Logic doesn't matter, if Toei tells us that Janemba is stronger than Hild, you either ignore it and keep things reasonable or take it as fact and Gogeta ends up haxed. Besides, Toei tells us his power didn't even change between M12 and M13, as far they're concerned, it's the same Goku and Vegeta in both movies, and we know M13 Goku/Vegeta are haxed up the wazoo.
